The services includes on-location support, encoding with market-leading hard and software equipment and worldwide distribution through our content delivery network. All you need to do is embed our video player into your website. We offer optional live event production support as well as individual video player customization and website integration.

Service Features

Encoding

Fully redundant encoding of up to four simultaneous streams (each at a different bit-rate) in standard-definition and high-definition for optimal viewing experience. All streams are optimized for playback with Adobe Flash and encoded in H.264/MPEG-4 and AAC (stereo audio).

Compatibility

Our live video stream requires Flash Player 9 or 10 that is supported by over 99% of Internet users. No additional plug-ins are necessary. Access has been successfully tested from corporate networks with very restrictive firewalls.

Worldwide Distribution

Video content delivery is done through our partners Akamai or Limelight Networks. Their global presence allow us to ingest live video from virtually anywhere in the world. Geo targeting furthermore allows blocking unwanted countries, for example to make your live event available only to audiences in Japan.

Customization

Our standard video player allows for easy customization and skinning of your viewing experience (e.g. color schemes, glass logo, etc.). Optionally we can provide custom solutions including chat, advertising options and pay-per-view monetization.

On-Site Requirements

All we need from you is a facility with power supply, broadband network connectivity, and a website to embed the video player. Unless you are using our production services, you will also need to provide an HD-SDI or SDI input video stream.

Support

Our service includes on-site technical support for testing, maintenance and production prior and during the event. We take care of setup and tear down of the equipment at your facility.
